In the beginning God created, foreordaind and predestended, me Tishri to be here now. Every person has a journey and so I have mine. My name is Tishri du Toit. I am the oldest of four siblings and the only girl. Called the highveld of a small town Morgenzon my home, a small farming community in Mupumalanga South Africa, for 18 years before moving to Witbank my planted place.
Looking back on the journey I have walked so far, it may seem strategic, like everything was planned out. However it has been a step for step journey with the Lord. I am blessed with wonderful parents that enquired how to go about my schooling, and I was homeschooled for basically my whole school life.
At the age of 9 my we started driving to Witbank for church at Heritage of Faith Ministries International. It is a 240km drive there and back and we hardly ever missed a Sunday, we were so hungry for the Word. My family has been driving though to Witbank ever since.
At the age of 13 I dedicated my life to the Lord completely. I want to say my parents were completely supportive but that is not the right words. A better example would be, lke Hannah in the Bible brought Smauel my parents gave me to the Lord, therefore God was free to move in my life and ultimately safe me from myself years later.
Fast forward a few years…probably around the age of 17, me myself and I(the unholy trinity) got myself into a distracting at first but eventually distructive relationship. It was purely my natural man making the choices and sometimes you have to learn out of experience that it is extremely dangerous. I was on my way to leave my planted place, to move away to the USA and possibly never come back. Back to the place that I have been called to, where God has predestined my gift to function.
Miraculously God safed my life, I have no doubt about that. God intervened and I got the shoke of realization to what a place I have gotten myself but I praise God for His grace that empowered me to get back on the right track.
Since then it’s been only God’s plan and what He has planned for me. I joined Mixchange in 2021, as a part of the firstfruit group. It was a marvouls year that can not be described in few words, it’s about enough to write a book about however, since 2021 I have been at Heritage of Faith Ministries International MY CHURCH exchaning my plans for God’s plans, serving with my gift and bringing my supply of the spirit and loving every moment of it.
All my needs are supplied and some of my dearste dreams that very few people have know about has come to past, just in this chort while…imagine what God can do in the coming years.
